Damages and issues

If you encounter a quality issue, product expiration, packaging defect, or receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You can reach us via email at support@growthcube.in or call us at +91- 76782 07179. When contacting us, please include the following details:

a) Order number
b) Item name(s)
c) Picture of the product related to your concern
d) Description of the problem

Once we receive your return package, we will acknowledge receipt and conduct a physical inspection. If your concern is found to be valid, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your package. Products sent without prior approval and instructions will not be accepted.

Please note that complaints received beyond 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your concern is validated, our team will provide you with a coupon code equivalent to the value of the product. You may use this coupon code to purchase products from the Growthcube website. Please note that terms and conditions apply, and refunds will not be issued in cash.
